About Me
Why, hello! I'm Erica Ille (pronounced ill-e). I’m a brand and creative leader focused on thoughtful design, strong storytelling, and work that connects strategy to execution. I care about craft, clarity, and building brands that show up consistently and meaningfully across every touchpoint. Outside of work, life is a mix of creativity and chaos. I’m a mom of two (8 & 10), married for 12 years, and fueled by a love of movies, hosting, and anything a little nostalgic.

I grew up wanting to be an artist, then a Pixar animator, and ultimately found my place in design. That creative thread has never left. I believe in working hard, supporting my team, and building something meaningful together.
